long, it has just enough depth to fill you up. The 6mm smooth tip slowly peaks to 10.0mm, so you can let the weight
of this insert slowly do its thing until you are satisfied.   If you just want to stretch and increase the size of the opening and inside of the urethral
canal, the starting diameter begins with 6.0mm and gradually increases to 10mm. The
