Finally after a few years now, we have our Flat Clips back in stock!!  They are now stronger and with a new upper design feature.  By simply securing the conductive tubing and tightening the thumbscrew, you can get a quick and secure connection.  After that, just place your lead into the top connection and you are good to go.

A special thanks to Joanne (sexmachinereviews) and her staff for making this happen with 3D printers!!  The previous clips were made with an injection mold that was only available from a company in Australia with a minimum order of many hundred at a time.  With 3D printing, we can now order a lot less and get them in stock much quicker.

The same principal is used with the new clips, with the exception of a stainless steel threaded nut now used instead of the old plastic threads.  Much sturdier. design.  🙂

The aluminum thumbscrews are still made by a different company with a CNC type machine.  These are made with two types of connections; Banana socket and a male Snap connection.  In order to adapt to a TENS pin connection, a small piece of our 4x2mm conductive tubing is pushed into the banana socket to accommodate a TENS pin securely. A piece of electrical shrink wrap is heated and secured on the outside threads to insulate the aluminum thumbscrew. Be sure to use the Drop-Down section to indicate which connection you want.

These clips are designed to be use with our 3/4″ Flat Strap Conductive Silicone that can be purchased separately to make your own flat loops.  These clips will last a very long time is used carefully.
