Looking for a flexible, comfortable, beaded bi-polar insert?  This may be the one.  The stainless steel smooth 4mm beads being 4 inches long, bend to the curvature of the penis as you snake its way down.  The top portion of the insert is straight and makes the second electrode to complete the circuit.  If look closely at the insert, there is a small plastic separator that keeps the first electrode (Beads) from the second electrode.
