With a smooth 8mm tip and a 5.5 inch insertable length, this hollow insert is sure to please and comfortable to use.  The hollow pathway from tip to the top allows for liquids to be released with any backup.  The top stainless cylinder holding the clear silicone tube assures that this insert will not accidentally disappear.  A good thing to say the least.  🙂
