Now you can get a single 90 degree adapter for those hard to get into places on electrodes.  If you have a set of heavy TENS leads, this adapter will work well for you.  However, if you have a set of the thin, flimsy leads and want to use this adapter for sitting purposes, we definitely advise you to purchase one of our Heavy-duty right-angle HD 6″ wires for this.  We also have available, a 2-piece version of this 6″ wire that comes with this adapter and can be taken apart for other uses.

Although ordinary TENS leads are inexpensive, they are not made for the extra strain that some bending and especially sitting can cause.  In many cases, the thin strands of copper wire that are inside the TENS leads will separate and you will most likely experience intermittent current-flow and in a lot of cases, unexpected unpleasant shock as the broken wires touch and make contact from time-to-time.  NOT any fun at all!!  I know many of you experienced stimmer’s know exactly what I am talking about.    That is why we recommend the heavy duty two-part or single 6″ adapters.  They were made for heavy duty use and will last much longer if the user is sitting on or placing strain on them.

These adapters come in two colors; red or black and are sold separately.  If you want two of them; one of each color, simply add a red one to the shopping cart and then come back and add a black one to the cart.  This generates two lines on your order, one for a black one and one for a red one.

Note that these adapters are filled with a heavy duty hard black epoxy for added strength.  After heavily soldering the TENS pin into the stainless steel cavity, the epoxy was mixed and poured into them to make them very durable and to withstand tough conditions.  These were made by the manufacturer to our specifications for this purpose.  You will not find any adapter like this on the Internet.  We definitely tried before we had them made!!
