The Big Strangler works the same as the regular Strangler, but has a larger diameter that spreads out the current a little better.  Remember, the smaller the electrode, the more acute the sensation.  This single-pole electrode loop can be used around the base and the balls at the same time.  If you want, you can double wrap it around the shaft or balls to spread the current out even more.
