Looking for an easy way to add a TENS pin to a lead or other wire? Here is a quick DIY solution in three easy steps.
Step #1 – Unscrew the TENS pin from the plastic housing. You will notice that a slot has been cut on the edge of the steel threaded pin just below the base for placing a bare wire into.
Step #2 – Strip back the wire about a 1/4″ and thread it through the plastic housing and into the threaded base of the TENS Pin assembly laying the exposed wire into the notch as shown below.
Step #3 – Slide the plastic housing up onto the TENS pin assembly and just tighten the threads for a quick and easy connection.
Your Finished!! The completed connection and TENS pin is ready to use with your favorite TENS socket electrode. Also notice in the completed assembly below, that there is a small recess in the plastic housing once everything is tightened down. This recess is great for concealing a small portion of our popular 6x2mm conductive tubing, Choker’s and Strangler’s and makes the connection fit like a glove.
