4x2mm Tubing with Slightly Oversized 2mm ID

Our Electrically Conductive Rubber is Soft, Stretchy and Highly Conductive. It is very flexible and can easily be cut to your specific lengths.

NOTE: The ID of this tubing is slightly larger than 2mm and a TENS pin fits, but not snugly. The manufacturer of this run made a slight ID error when extruding it. Depending on the diameter of some TENS pins, yours may work ok. We have replaced this tubing with a newer 4x1.7mm to compensate for smaller diameter pins. You can wedge something in between the pin and the tubing to make it fit tightly, like a thin toothpick or small wire.

To secure this tubing, we suggest our small spring loaded mini-cord locks which can be found in the conductive tubing section of our site or in the wiring and adapters section as well

You an To operate, simply press the spring, slip the cord into the cord lock, slide to the desired tightness and release the spring. To connect to a lead wire just plug an ordinary TENS pin from your lead wire directly into the 2mm hole in the end of the tubing.
