strapping, looping, lassoing and inserting (both for male and female use).s Shipping: Except for a few of our larger and heavier items and some
items for overseas shipping, we do not charge a shipping and handling fee. We have tried to price all
of our products to absorb these costs.s space Warranties: Our products carry a one-year warranty against defects in material or workmanship with proof of purchase. This is in addition to any of the manufacturers warranties that might be included with the product as is the case with power boxes. If you happen to find a defect in a product, please notify me at gary@happystim-usa.com and explain the problem. If you can send pictures of the defect, that will be a big help as I can forward it on to the vendor or manufacturer. Many times you will also be asked to return the product either to us or directly to the vendor or manufacturer. This may help them determine if they need to make changes to their product. space Fax Orders: We do take orders by fax. Simply go to our website estore and add the
items you wish to order in the shopping cart. Once you have completed your order, go to the checkout part of the site
and continue until you get to the payment page. At the top of the page you will see a drop-down box with your order
total in it. To expand the details of your order click on the small upside down blue carrot icon and the details of
your order will appear along with any shipping fees for any heavier items you may have ordered. Next, complete the payment
information portion of the form just below the details of your order, making sure that everything is accurate and complete.
Don't forget to enter a valid email address so that we can contact you if necessary. Print this page and fax it to us
at (618) 343-9011. Once we receive the order, we will email you a confirmation that we received it
and assign it Order Number. Once processed a copy of your credit card receipt along with a shipping notification
will be sent to your email address. To be sure that your order was received, it is always a good idea to send us an
email (gary@happystim-usa.com) letting us know that you did send a fax. Once in awhile, an error may occur and the order may not come through. space Order by Phone: You are always welcome to place an order by calling us directly between
the hours of 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM - 7 days a week. In the event that we are unable to answer your call, your order is
important to us. Leave your name and a phone number where we can reach you on the voice mail. We will return the
call just as soon as possible. Please have your order items available, as well as your credit card information and an

order details. This may be done for privacy reasons and we certainly understand. To place an order using this
method, follow the same instructions as above for a fax order and print the order information to enclose with your money order.

IL 62062-0526. Once we receive your order, an email will be sent verifying your order and an Order Number will
be assigned to it as reference. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking
