A deluxe option is available which includes Tom's Spikes with the default blunt spikes, as well as a set of the Extra Sharp Spikes. The Extra Sharp Spikes are also available for purchase on their own without the full unit. If you want the sharp spikes, send me an email (gary@happystim-usa.com) and I will get them for you as a special order. The blunt spikes seemed intimidating enough for general use.
