Temporarily Unabailable-Bi-Polar Flexible Sil. Insert
NOTICE: Due to some recent reports that the internal
wiring of this product has been intermittently shorting out, we are temporarily discontinuing selling this product.
Until we find out what specifically has been causing this problem, it has been decided that it is better not to provide them.

======================================== Each one of these bi-polar inserts will be unique, primarily
because they are hand crafted. They are tedious and a little time consuming to make. Each of the parts are made separately
and assembled to fit together as close to perfect as we can get them. The very fine hidden wires that connect the conductive silicone electrodes have to also be placed and connected just right in order to
make each section conductive and safe. To secure it all together, the stainless steel tip has been tightly secured to
the main wire using a relatively new conductive silver epoxy that holds stainless steel much better than heating and soldering
small wires into place. The insertable
length and default value of one of these when ordered, will be around 9 inches. If you want longer ones made or a version
in a triple-pole, please send us an email telling us how long you want them and what type of connections you require. We will
work up a price and let you know what the cost would be. NOTE: Since
these are made individually, the normal shipping time may be delayed by a day or two due to finding the tiem to make them.
If you order other items with the insert, they may be shipped separately and the insert when it is completed. The insert pictured below, does not show any particular kind
of connection, as we are working to perfect this challenge. It will require two or three sockets, depending on the electrode
you want made. Please be sure to indicate in the drop-down box below what type connections you
want. For
a Triple Pole the price will be $89.95. Be sure to select which model you want in the Drop-Down box below.
Due to the limited parts and sizes of plastics that we have in stock, these will be made in
a basic 6mm diameter. However, due to pressing the silicone onto the spacers, there will be a slight raise in the inserts
where they meet. At this intersection, the diameter will be about 6.5mm or slightly over 1/4". I guess we
can call them "speed bumps". :)
