These little inserts are comfortable to wear and with the small dip in the top just before the jeweled head, these stay nicely put. At 7.5mm (just over 1/4") in diameter and only 2-1/4" insertable, these are great for the beginner. 

Even when using Estim with conductive loops or other surface electrodes, you will feel wonderful sensations as the current "bounces" off the conductive stainless steel surface inside the urethral canal.
