Instructions for use:
Hygiene
Proper hygiene is important prior to the
use of any prostate device. Clean the anal area with soap and warm water before use. You may also choose to rinse the rectum
with warm water by using a rectal syringe.
Wash the massager with warm, soapy water before and after each use.
Insertion
Lie down on
either side and bend the knees close to the stomach. This position allow the body to relax and to best orient the massager
towards the prostate.
Use lubricant to moisten the anus and the massage device for easier insertion. Apply only water-soluble lubricant
to the massager and to the freshly washed insertion point and inside the rectum. The massager functions best when suspended
within a fluid environment. Generous lubricant will also prevent rectal lining damage. A small eyedropper works well to
apply lubricant inside the rectum.
Insert the massaging arm (the larger, knobbed portion of the device) slowly and gently into the anus.
Never force or use excessive pressure. An initial, gentle in-and-out ‘teasing' will allow the anal muscles to relax
and more readily receive in the arm. When the body is relaxed, after partial insertion, the arm will automatically slide
into the rectum and position itself against the prostate.
Wipe any excess lubricant from the perineum arm on the exterior. Assure that
it aligns with and remains in contact with the perineum, located between the anus and the scrotum. Adjust the exterior arm
manually to assure that it will not slip and does not come in contact with the scrotum.
Once inserted into the anus, the prostate
massage shaft will provoke a sensation similar to that felt during urination or defecation, due to the presence of a foreign
body. This feeling will eventually pass when stimulation begins. In order to acclimate, we recommend deep breathing exercises
for the first couple minutes. Inhale slowly for about 4 to 8 seconds, hold the breath deeply for the same amount of time,
and then exhale slowly also for about 4 to 8 seconds.
Stimulation
Continue breathing deeply, and slowly contract the sphincter
muscle as you inhale. Release the sphincter muscle as you exhale. Repeat contraction and release of the sphincter about
20 to 30 times for the body to acclimate. This promotes blood circulation that will also reduce the effects of inflammation.
Gentle contractions of the sphincter muscle assist the massage action. Natural tightening and loosening of the contractions
will vary the stimulation on the prostate. Repeated movements or use of the handle for adjustment will foster greater muscle
relaxation and prostate massage.
Released pulses and acupressure from the perineum abutment will stimulate different types and degrees
of sensations at various points along the front wall of the rectum from the anus to the ampulla of vas deferens above the
prostate.
At this time, do not stimulate the penis because it could lead to an early ejaculation. Continue to concentrate on the prostate
contact and the sphincter contractions. Lessen the intensity of contractions if cramping occurs. Prostate drainage occurs
when the prostate gland fluid discharges from the urethra. This is accomplished through the mechanical pressure of the prostate
massager, but only partial drainage through induced ejaculation.
Because every person has a different physiology, the force of contractions,
contact with the prostate, and the sensation of quivering muscles will vary from person to person. This occurs due to differences
in the depth of the rectal cavity, the gland size and position, location and strength of the abdomen, and level of force.
Models RBX-1 and RM-2 measure 130mm and 120mm, respectively. Each arm has an electrode in the rounded nub of its end.
The electrodes
deliver a low-frequency current at the point of contact with the body.
Tensing the muscles of your entire body can increase the pressure
of the massage. Contraction of the anal sphincter muscle together with that of the pubococcygeus muscle (PC muscle, for
penis erection) will cause more blood to flow through the penis. The penis has a feeling of expanding and swelling. This
practice is highly effective for promoting sexual. Spontaneous ejaculation or other similar strong sensations may or may
not occur.
Medical Care
Do NOT use this product if you are under medical care for or have been diagnosed with or suspect: acute
prostatitis, prostate gland tuberculosis, or prostate tumors or cancer. Self-administered prostate massage treatment is
just one of other treatment methods. It does NOT replace other clinical therapies or medical treatment.
Operation
The control unit
operates on 2 (two) AAA batteries (not included).
Once the device's arms and nodes are properly positioned, pressing the On button
can activate the device. Pressing the On button multiple times will gradually increase the strength of the pulse generated.
Some control units allow up to 10 or 12 levels of intensity. However, we never recommend using a pulse on the prostate and
perineum that is above level 6. Do not surpass level 7.
If the pulse generated is too intense or uncomfortable, immediately press the
Off or Mode button to reset and cancel that treatment level. This will restart the device at zero, and then you can gradually
increase the next level by pressing the On button once.
The Silklite control panel window indicates 3 areas of operation: upper body,
mid body and lower body (legs/feet); and, shows 6 body regions for operation: shoulders, arms, torso, waist, knees, and legs.
Pressing the Mode button accesses different modes of pulse stimulation indicated alongside the body icon.
The output of low frequency pulse
is adjustable based on the tolerance of the user.
The 3 major modes of electro-magnetic pulse are also indicated to the top of
the screen (above the torso) by icons of bars or waves. 1. Short alternating bursts are generated at the perineum point
simultaneously as an icon flashes between the left and right sides of the screen. 2. Longer intermittent pulses are
generated at the perineum simultaneously as a wave icon multiplies on both the left and right sides of the screen. 3. A
graduated pulse increases in intensity simultaneously as multiple wave icons increase up the middle of the screen.
Each tap of
the On button increases intensity. If pulse is on the verge of being uncomfortable, press Mode to restart. Then, slowly increase
the intensity to the next lowest level to assure the most comfort. The control unit is programmed to automatically turn
after a 15-minute treatment, to allow the user additional moments of rest and relaxation before resuming treatment.
Release
Electro-magnetic
prostate massage can reduce and relief pain in the prostate. It also functions as an advanced stimulator to produce pleasant
sensations and increase sexual sensitivity through electronic impulse in nerve fibers. Massage can be a highly sensual experience.
Draining
of the prostate can occur by release of fluid from the penis through the urethra. A strong, pleasant sensation in the prostate
simultaneously occurs that may or may not involve typical ejaculation. It is common for an erection to remain after prostate
draining. Complete draining could require one or multiple smaller releases.
Prostate orgasm refers to massaging the prostate gland in order
to produce a flow and elimination of seminal fluid (semen) without ejaculation. A prostate orgasm should always be performed
gently. Very vigorous prostate stimulation or massage when trying to achieve the strongest orgasm may cause serious medical
injuries, even fatality. During a prostate release, seminal fluid flows out rather than being squirted out (as in a regular
ejaculation).
