A unique design made with a "pressure point" indentation to close the urethral tube, so you can feel the slow build-up as you ejaculate to an orgasm. You can even pull your balls through it for a nice tight squeezing or tugging sensation. :)

Two sizes are available;1.57 and 1.97 Inch at the largest point of the diameter of the ring. See picture below.

When all of the O-Ring adjusters are in place, the width from the bar to the pressure point indentation will decrease by approximately 1-1/8". You will have to experiment adding the rings to suit your own fit. We wish that the small retaining balls on the ends had threads, so they could be removed to place the O-Rings onto the shaft, but unfortunately they are fixed and do not come off. Snapping the O-Rings over the retaining balls takes some practice !! One thought for making this easier, would be to find a small cone, such as the tip of a calking tube or ball point pen and place the large end over the retaining ball and slide the O-Rings down from the small point of the cone and expanding them to slip over the retaining ball. Make sure the large open end of the small cone fit about flush with the ball so you don't have to stretch the O-Rings too much.
